CO-PILOT PROGRAM
The Co-Pilot Program provides personalized, one-on-one support to community members as they identify their goals and navigate local resources. Through compassionate guidance and collaboration, volunteers work with individuals to access essential services, empowering them to take meaningful steps toward stable housing, employment, and overall well-being.
The priority of this program is to ensure that every participant has the tools and support they need, whether connecting to medical care, securing identification documents, or accessing other vital services. The trauma-informed and goal-oriented approach to the Co-Pilot Program ultimately results in individuals overcoming unique challenges and moving forward with confidence.
